It depends on the design how it is easy or complex design. Mostly we provide within 24 hrs.
Of course, the submitted models can be printed directly on any 3D printer. Of course, generating support for specific 3D printers is outside the scope of our services. We can provide a single shell model suitable for direct printing on Solidscape printers.
There are only three categories of models: simple, complex and surface modeling. Simple models are fairly simple, like solitaire rings, simple pendants, and so on. If not simple, most models can be classified as complex models. When the models are very complex, such as custom designed lifestyle products, free form models, etc., these are classified as surface modeling. Yes i can works on your jewel cad (.jcd) file format.
For rendering, we would prefer 3dm CAD files although, we also work with JCAD file format.
